House description

A compact house built in 1882, but modernised since! On the ground floor there is bed 1, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The lounge has two modern 2 seater sofas, and a laminate floor. There is a small dry cellar. The kitchen has a double oven, washer dryer and large fridge freezer.

The bathroom has a bath with power shower over, sink and w/c. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms all have double beds, laminate floors, locks on the doors and matching furniture. The bedrooms and the lounge have TV points. There is a Henry Hoover and an ironing board.

Outside there is a small enclosed patio area - ideal for barbecues!

Local information

One of the main student areas close to Avenue Campus and the bus route to Park Campus. There is a Co-op (with a cash machine), chemist, doctors' surgery, Post Office, launderette and bookmakers located on Semilong Road. The Racecourse with all its recreational facilities is within 2 minutes walk. Within easy walking distance of the town centre, with Sol Central Cinema, nightclubs and Bridge Street. 10 minutes walk to the train station.
