House description

The first house our company purchased in 1993. The ground floor has bedroom 1, the lounge, kitchen, cloakroom and utility room. The lounge has a large sofa and 2 arm chairs, and original polished floor boards. The kitchen has dining table and chairs, built in oven, hob and extractor, large fridge freezer and there is a good size storage cupboard under the stairs. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier.

Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, and a bathroom with toilet, basin and bath with electric shower over. All the bedrooms have laminate floors or polished floor boards, double beds, locks on the doors, and matching wardrobes, chest of drawers and desks. All bedrooms and the lounge have TV points. There is a Henry Hoover and an ironing board. The house is fully double glazed and has central heating.

Outside there is a mainly paved garden with a steel storage shed.

Located near the Saints Rugby ground. Easy access to the town centre, Sol Central Cinema Complex and all the pubs and clubs of Bridge street. Within walking distance of Sixfields Leisure, with Bowling, Cinema and restaurants. Close to the train station. Avenue Campus is 23-30 minutes walk away, and the main bus routes are at the end of the road. Victoria Park is at the end of the road.
