Dawson Properties
is a family run business specialising in letting student houses, flats
and rooms in Northampton. We also have a small selection of properties
to let to professional people.
We have been
trading for 15 years and pride ourselves on providing quality
accommodation with a friendly professional service to our tenants.
We have a
portfolio of properties which range from studio flats to 8 bedroomed
houses. Also we have
several properties next door to each other so we can
accommodate
even larger groups.
Most
properties are located within a short walk to Northampton University
Avenue Campus and the town centre.
All our student properties are
Accredited and
Licensed
and comply with
(and in most cases far exceed) standards for provision of space and
facilities.
Facilities –
all bedrooms have double beds, matching furniture, and TV points.
Houses larger than 4 bedrooms have 2 or more bathrooms, with showers
and baths. All kitchens are modern with microwaves, washing machines
and dryers provided. Our larger properties have dishwashers and
utility rooms. All of the student properties have large lounges
Energy
Efficiency - all our properties are fully double glazed, have loft
insulation, condensing boilers and we provide energy saving light
bulbs.
We will
commence viewings of our student houses in the New Year ready for the
